David Carreras Castañ (hereinafter, "the Controller") manages the website www.pack-spot.com (hereinafter, "the Web"), which offers the sale of physical devices related to a mobile application. This Shipping Policy describes the conditions applicable to the shipment of physical devices purchased through the Web.

2. Shipping Zones
The Controller ships to the following geographical areas:
- Peninsular Spain.
- Balearic Islands.
- Canary Islands (subject to additional customs costs, if applicable).

3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before completing the order.
- Costs vary depending on the delivery area, package weight, and the selected shipping method.
- Shipping costs include applicable VAT, except in the Canary Islands, where local taxes (IGIC) will apply.
4. Delivery Times
- Estimated time: Physical devices will be shipped within 3-5 business days from order confirmation.
- Order confirmation: The Client will receive an email confirming the order, including the shipment tracking number.
- Delays: Times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond the Controller's control.
5. Shipping Process
- Order preparation: Once payment is confirmed, the Controller will prepare the order within 1-2 business days.
- Shipment: Orders are shipped via Correos or SEUR.
- Delivery: The package will be delivered to the address provided by the Client during checkout.
6. Incidents in Shipping
- Damaged or defective product: If the device arrives damaged, the Client must notify the Controller within 7 calendar days of receipt by sending an email to info@pack-spot.com with the order number, a description of the problem, and photographs.
- Incorrect product: If a product different from the one requested is shipped, the Client must notify it within 7 calendar days.
- Loss of package: If the package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, the Client must contact the Controller at info@pack-spot.com.
7. Customs and Taxes (if applicable)
For shipments to the Canary Islands or outside the European Union, the Client will be responsible for any customs duty, local tax (e.g. IGIC), or additional cost derived from customs clearance.
8. Liability
The Controller agrees to prepare and ship orders diligently, but is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the logistics company or by force majeure.
9. Returns
Return conditions for physical devices are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.

11. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
