PackSpot was born in late 2024 when we noticed that many pick-up points struggled to locate parcels quickly, leading to long wait times and inefficient processes.

As we dug deeper into the problem, we discovered something important: the difficulty of locating physical assets existed far beyond parcel management. Many businesses were also spending time and resources searching for tools, stock, internal materials, and inventory.

So we evolved PackSpot into a flexible solution capable of adapting to both pick-up points and enterprise inventory operations. Our goal remains the same: make visible what is hard to find today.
