Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

David Carreras Castañ (hereinafter, "the Controller") manages the website www.pack-spot.com (hereinafter, "the Web"), which offers mobile application subscription plans and the sale of physical devices related to said application (hereinafter, "the Products").

This Policy describes the conditions under which users (hereinafter, "the Client") may cancel orders for physical devices before shipment or subscriptions managed directly through the Web.

It complies with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

The Controller is registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) in Spain.

2. Purpose

This policy regulates the cancellation of:

  • Orders for physical devices made through the Web, before shipment.
  • Reservations or pre-purchases of physical devices, if applicable.
  • Subscriptions to the mobile application managed directly by the Web.

3. Cancellation of orders for physical devices

3.1 Period for cancellation

  • The Client may request the cancellation of an order within 24 hours of its confirmation, provided it has not been shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but the Client may exercise the right of withdrawal after receipt.

3.2 Procedure

  • To cancel an order, the Client must send an email to info@pack-spot.com or contact 643 161 085, indicating: Name and surname, Order number, Clear statement of the intention to cancel.
  • The Controller will confirm the cancellation by email within a maximum of 2 business days.
  • If the payment has already been processed, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

3.3 Exceptions

  • Cancellations will not be accepted if the order has already been shipped.
  • The device is customized at the request of the Client, unless expressly agreed with the Controller.

4. Cancellation of reservations or pre-purchases

4.1 Conditions

  • The Client may cancel a reservation before shipment, notifying it in writing to info@pack-spot.com.
  • If a partial or full payment has been made, it will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

4.2 Procedure

  • Send request to info@pack-spot.com indicating: Name and surname, Reservation or order number, Reason for cancellation (optional).
  • The Controller will confirm the cancellation and manage the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

5. Cancellation of subscriptions managed by the Web

5.1 Conditions

  • The Client may cancel the subscription at any time, with effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
  • No refunds will be made for periods already used, unless there is a legal obligation.

5.2 Procedure

  • Request cancellation by sending an email to info@pack-spot.com or through the account management section on the Web.
  • The cancellation will be confirmed within a maximum of 2 business days.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from confirmation of the cancellation.
  • Payment processing costs are non-refundable, except in case of error attributable to the Controller.

7. Incidents

If the Client finds problems cancelling an order or subscription, they can contact the Controller at info@pack-spot.com or 643 161 085. A response will be provided within a maximum of 5 business days.

9. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Spanish legislation. For any dispute, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Fraga, Spain, unless applicable consumer regulations provide otherwise.

10. Modifications

The Controller may modify this policy to adapt it to legal, operational, or product changes. The current version will be available on the Web.
