Return and Refund Policy
David Carreras Castañ (hereinafter, "the Controller") manages the website www.pack-spot.com (hereinafter, "the Web"), which offers a mobile application subscription plan available in the Play Store, as well as the sale of physical devices related to said application (hereinafter, "the Products"). This Return and Refund Policy describes the conditions under which users may return products, request refunds, or exercise their legal rights, in accordance with Spanish legislation, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

2. Right of withdrawal for physical devices
In accordance with Article 68 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, customers who purchase physical devices have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
2.1. Conditions
- The device must be returned in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- The customer must bear the direct costs of return, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply if the device has been customized at the request of the customer.
2.2. Procedure
- Notify your intention to withdraw within 14 calendar days by sending an email to info@pack-spot.com, indicating: Name and surname, Order number, Clear statement of intention to withdraw, Date of receipt.
- Send the device to C/Príncipe de Viana, nº7, 4ºA, 22520, Fraga, Huesca, Spain within 14 calendar days following notification.
- The Controller will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
3. Exception to the right of withdrawal for digital subscriptions
In accordance with Article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to mobile application subscription plans, as it is digital content. By purchasing a subscription, the customer expressly consents that the service starts immediately.
4. Legal guarantee for physical devices
Physical devices purchased on the Web are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from the date of delivery.
4.1. Conditions
- The defect must exist at the time of delivery.
- The customer must notify the Controller of the defect within 2 months of detecting it.
- The guarantee does not cover defects caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
4.2. Procedure
- Contact the Controller at info@pack-spot.com indicating: Order number, Description of the defect, Date of purchase and receipt.
- The Controller will evaluate the product and, if appropriate, offer: Repair, Replacement, or Refund.
- The period to resolve the claim will not exceed 30 calendar days.
5. Cancellation and refunds of digital subscriptions
Subscriptions to the mobile application are managed through the Play Store or Apple Store. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of these platforms.
5.1. Cancellation of subscriptions
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the user's account in the Play Store or Apple Store.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are offered for subscription periods already used, unless permitted by Google Play or Apple Store policies.
6. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective physical device or a product different from the one requested, the Controller will bear the return costs. Contact the Controller within 7 calendar days of receipt via info@pack-spot.com, providing order number, description of the problem, and photographs if applicable.
7. Refund process
- Approved refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from approval.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly sent products.
8. Exceptions
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Physical devices used, damaged by the customer, or without their original packaging.
- Digital subscriptions activated.
- Customized products, except manufacturing defects.

10. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
This Return and Refund Policy is governed by Spanish legislation. For any dispute, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Fraga, Spain.
11. Modifications
The Controller reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative changes or changes in the Products.
